Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Mashed potatoes, unsalted
- 2 c. Flaked coconut, fresh or possibly
- Dry
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 8 ounce Semisweet chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- In mixing bowl,mix potato,coconut,salt and vanilla.Gradually fold in sugar.Cover; chill overnight.Shape into 1/2 tbs.size Large eggs.Heat chocolate and oil till chocolate melts.Dip Large eggs into chocolate oil mix.Set aside on wax paper in refrigerater to harden.
