Ingredientes

  • 6 (3/4 inch) pork chops, trim fat
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

Direcciones

  1. Sear pork chops on both sides in warm pork fat. Transfer to casserole with cover. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chops. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees.
