Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 1/3 c. coconut

Direcciones

  1. Blend butter and sugar. Add in flour and salt. Stir in lowfat milk. Pat in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
  2. Beat large eggs; add in sugar and vanilla and beat well till thick and lemon color. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread over baked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
