Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter (or possibly butter)
  • 2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 4 sq. (4 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring
  • 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Cream softened butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in melted chocolate gradually. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after reach addition. Add in vanilla and peppermint flavoring.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 the crumbs in 24 small cupcake liners. Add in filling; top with remaining crumbs. Freeze till hard. Serve frzn. Can also be made in 8 inch cake pan or possibly 8x8 square pan.
