Receta Peppermint Mudd Balls
Light and creamy mudballs end a meal with just the right dessert. A lovely taste of peppermint crunch, with whipped cream and mounds of marshmallows. All rolled into crushed cookie wafers and rolled into balls. Delicious!!

- Whip the cream until you get soft peaks. Break up the hard peppermint candies, about 20-30 of them. Put those into the whipping cream. Add vanilla and a 1/3 cup of white sugar.
- Gently add all ingredients (not the choc cookies) and beat well untill stiffer peaks are formed.
- Cruch the choc. Wafer cookies and lay the powder out of some parchment paper. With a med sized spoon, get a small handful of whipped cream mixture and roll it into the crumbs. Cover the cream well. Then sit it on a tray. When enough are done, put them in the freezer. Yummmmmmmy!
