Ingredientes

  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. firmly packed crushed peppermint

Direcciones

  1. In a large heavy saucepan combine rice, water, salt, butter and peppermint. Bring to a quick boil over high heat. Cover and simmer off liquid, about 12 to 15 min. Serve while still hot.
