Ingredientes

  • 2 3/4 c. reduced fat Bisquick(r)
  • 1 c. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese shredded 4 ounces
  • 1/2 c. onion finely minced
  • 1/2 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
  • 1 pkt sliced pepperoni minced ( 3 1/4 ounces)
  • 1 x clove garlic finely minced
  • 1 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese grated

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Stir all ingredients except Parmesan topping till dough forms. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into Parmesan topping. Roll in topping to coat. Roll into 8-inch breadsticks. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
