Receta Pepperoni Cheese Sticks

Ingredientes
- 2 3/4 c. reduced fat Bisquick(r)
- 1 c. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese shredded 4 ounces
- 1/2 c. onion finely minced
- 1/2 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat buttermilk
- 1 pkt sliced pepperoni minced ( 3 1/4 ounces)
- 1 x clove garlic finely minced
- 1 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese grated
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Stir all ingredients except Parmesan topping till dough forms. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls into Parmesan topping. Roll in topping to coat. Roll into 8-inch breadsticks. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till golden.
