Ingredientes

  • 5 quarts. popped corn
  • 1 c. butter (no substitute)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Place popped corn in large roasting pan or possibly large bowl. Combine the butter, salt, brown sugar and corn syrup and boil exactly 5 min, stirring occasionally. Pour syrup over corn and mix well. Spread popcorn onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring several times. Spread on wax paper or possibly cut up paper bag to cold. Peanuts may be mixed in with syrup.
