Receta Perfect Caramel Corn

Ingredientes
- 5 quarts. popped corn
- 1 c. butter (no substitute)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Place popped corn in large roasting pan or possibly large bowl. Combine the butter, salt, brown sugar and corn syrup and boil exactly 5 min, stirring occasionally. Pour syrup over corn and mix well. Spread popcorn onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring several times. Spread on wax paper or possibly cut up paper bag to cold. Peanuts may be mixed in with syrup.
