Receta Perfect Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Shortening for frying
- 1 chicken cut up
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add in cut up chicken to flour mix and shake. Put shortening about 1/4 inch deep in a large skillet. Cook on medium heat. Add in chicken pcs. When brown on one side, turn over and brown the other side about 15-20 min. Reduce heat and cover tightly. (If cover isn't tight, add in 1 Tbsp. water). Cook about 30-40 min or possibly till tender. Uncover last 10 min.
