Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Juice 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp.
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter. Stir in flour. Add in boiling water, salt and lemon juice. Cook slightly. Remove from fire and stir in beaten egg yolks. Serves 4. Can be made ahead and reheated. Cover. Serve over broccoli or possibly asparagus. Delightful for Large eggs benedict.
