Ingredientes

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan and/or possibly Romano cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Soak bread in water 2 min. Squeeze excess moisture. Combine bread with rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into meat balls. Drop in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Stir carefully.
