Ingredientes
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan and/or possibly Romano cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Soak bread in water 2 min. Squeeze excess moisture. Combine bread with rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into meat balls. Drop in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Stir carefully.
