Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter, blend in flour, 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar, vanilla and pecans. Roll dough into small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. While still hot, roll in remaining confectioners' sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
