Ingredientes

  • 4 c. flour, lightly spooned in c.
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 lg. egg

Direcciones

  1. Put first 3 ingredients in bowl and mix with fork. Add in Crisco and mix till crumbly. In another bowl, beat water, vinegar, and egg. Combine and mix. Divide dough into 5 portions. Roll and shape on floured board. Can freeze pie crust in tin pie pans till ready to use.
