Ingredientes

  • 400 gm Shrimp paste
  • 1 x 200 gram who corn
  • 200 gm Sweet corn paste
  • 1 stk celery, minced
  • 6 x Flakes, (12 g.) garlic
  • 20 gm Red chillies, minced
  • 12 x Leeks, minced
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  •     A healthy pinch of ajinomoto
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 20 gm Flour
  • 220 ml Oil for frying
  • 400 ml Sweet soya sauce
  • 20 gm Garlic, minced
  • 20 gm Tomato, minced
  • 20 gm Onion, minced
  • 20 gm Celery, minced
  • 4 x Lemon leaves

Direcciones

  1. MIX together the shrimp paste, whole corn, sweet corn paste, minced celery, garlic, red chilli and leek.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. When medium warm, scoop out paste with a Tbsp. and put into the oil. Fry on low heat.
  3. When golden brown in colour and cooked, remove from heat and put on butter paper to absorb oil.
  4. Serve warm.
  5. Sauce: Mix together in a bowl and serve with the starters.
