Ingredientes
- 400 gm Shrimp paste
- 1 x 200 gram who corn
- 200 gm Sweet corn paste
- 1 stk celery, minced
- 6 x Flakes, (12 g.) garlic
- 20 gm Red chillies, minced
- 12 x Leeks, minced
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â A healthy pinch of ajinomoto
- 2 x Large eggs
- 20 gm Flour
- 220 ml Oil for frying
- 400 ml Sweet soya sauce
- 20 gm Garlic, minced
- 20 gm Tomato, minced
- 20 gm Onion, minced
- 20 gm Celery, minced
- 4 x Lemon leaves
Direcciones
- MIX together the shrimp paste, whole corn, sweet corn paste, minced celery, garlic, red chilli and leek.
- Heat oil in a wok. When medium warm, scoop out paste with a Tbsp. and put into the oil. Fry on low heat.
- When golden brown in colour and cooked, remove from heat and put on butter paper to absorb oil.
- Serve warm.
- Sauce: Mix together in a bowl and serve with the starters.
