Ingredientes

  • 1 c. persimmon pulp
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon each of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves

Direcciones

  1. Mix pulp with soda and set aside. Combine oil, sugar, nuts and raisins. Add in flour, spices and salt; add in persimmons and soda mix. Blend well.
  2. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar while still hot. Cut into squares.
