Receta Persimmon Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon each of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Direcciones
- Mix pulp with soda and set aside. Combine oil, sugar, nuts and raisins. Add in flour, spices and salt; add in persimmons and soda mix. Blend well.
- Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar while still hot. Cut into squares.
