1/2 x Recipe of persimmon jam
2 Tbsp. Calavado, or possibly Grand Marnier
1 c. Heavy cream, cool
Direcciones
Add in liquer to jam. Beat Cream in chilled mixer bowl with chilled beaters till stiff peaks form, mix in jam.
(Good between layers of cake)
