Ingredientes

  • 3 lb cabbage shredded
  • 6 x Large eggs separated
  • 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. matzo meal

Direcciones

  1. Boil cabbage for 25 min and drain. Add in egg yolks, margarine,, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix matzo meal with beaten egg whites and fold into cabbage mix. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased pan till brown.
