Ingredientes

  • 6 x hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. pesto (recipe to follow)
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (2 to 3)
  •     Flat-leaf parsley leaves

Direcciones

  1. Halve Large eggs lengthwise, scoop out yolks, and place them in a small bowl; set aside egg white halves. Add in pesto and mayonnaise to yolks and stir till smooth. Spoon mix into halved egg whites. Garnish each with a parsley leaf.
  2. Makes 12 halves.
