- Place the pine nuts in a small fryingpan and dryfry for 3 to 4 min stirring occasionally till golden brown.
- Leave to cold a little then place them in a food processor or possibly liquidiser with the basil oil garlic cheese vinegar and seasoning and process till you have a smooth green puree. Store in the refrigerator.
- This dressing is wonderful with tomatoes.
- Makes about 175ml
