des%20of%20the%20pan%20as%20it%20cools.%20%20Dust%20with%20powdered%20sugar,%20if%20desired.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-This%20cake%20is%20flourless,%20which%20could%20be%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eperfect%20for%20the%20start%20of%20Passover.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20no%20expert%20in%20religious%20dietary%20restrictions,%20though%20I%20seem%20to%20think%20the%20Peychaud%E2%80%99s%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(and%20possibly%20vanilla)%20might%20be%20problematic%E2%80%A6.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-Keep%20any%20leftovers%20in%20an%20airtight%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Econtainer.%20%20Mine%20was%20gone%20after%202%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edays,%20but%20definitely%20kept%20wonderfully%20in%20the%20interim.%20%20(Also,%20I%20used%20a%20mixture%20of%20Taza%20bars%20that%20probably%20averaged%20out%20to%2070%25%20dark.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-%20bon%20app%C3%A9tit%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eserves%20this%20cake%20with%20a%20mascarpone%20whipped%20cream%20scooped%20into%20the%20center,%20which%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20sure%20would%20be%20splendid,%20as%20well.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E-P.s.%20the%20winners%20of%20the%20tasting%20were%20Peak%20Organic%20and%2021st%20Amendment.%20%20Slumbrew%20did%20very%20well%20too.%20%20I%20won't%20discuss%20some%20of%20the%20others,%20because%20it's%20mean.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
