Pickled Bell Peppers

Ingredientes

  • 2 pts. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 3 pts. bell peppers
  • 2 c. sugar
  • Sm. garlic
  • 2-4 sm. warm peppers to each jar

Direcciones

  1. Cut peppers in halves and remove seeds. Cover with boiling water and let stand 10 min; drain. Cover again with boiling water and let come to a boil; let stand 10 min; drain. Scald jars. Fill warm jars with peppers and at bottom of each put 2 thin slices of garlic and 2 warm peppers. Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and water and pour over peppers in jars. Seal.
