Pickled Bologna Or Eggs

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. mixed pickling spices
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 1 ring bologna, or possibly 1 doz. Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 min, then cold. Cut bologna into 2 or possibly 3 inches pcs, also slice onion. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Chill overnight. Can add in garlic if preferred.
  2. P. S. Shell Large eggs before putting into glass jar.
