Ingredientes

  • 1 doz. hard boiled Large eggs, shelled
  • 1 can sliced beets
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Drain juice from beets into saucepan. Add in vinegar and sugar. Heat just till warm, not boiling. Put Large eggs, onions, beets and spices in a large covered jar. Pour heated liquid over the Large eggs. If liquid doesn't cover the Large eggs and beets add in water to cover. Chill overnight.
