Receta Pickled Eggs & Beets

Ingredientes
- 1 doz. hard boiled Large eggs, shelled
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- Dash cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Drain juice from beets into saucepan. Add in vinegar and sugar. Heat just till warm, not boiling. Put Large eggs, onions, beets and spices in a large covered jar. Pour heated liquid over the Large eggs. If liquid doesn't cover the Large eggs and beets add in water to cover. Chill overnight.
