Ingredientes

  • 2 quart. water
  • 1 1/3 c. vinegar (distilled)
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1 lg. head garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon alum
  • Tomatoes, green
  • 2 c. fresh dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Direcciones

  1. In gallon jar fill 3/4 way with small to medium tomatoes. Add in salt, garlic, alum and dill weed. In medium pot boil 2 qts water with vinegar for approximately 5 min. Let cold. Pour water and vinegar into jar. Cover and let set for 1 week.
