Ingredientes

  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 2 cans LeSeur peas
  • 1 c. chow mein vegetables
  • 1 can minced water chestnuts
  • 1 sm. jar minced pimento
  • 1 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1 sm. minced onion
  • 2 minced carrots
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Direcciones

  1. Drain canned vegetables and mix with fresh. Mix sugar and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Marinate for 3 days in tightly covered container. Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely. Serves 12.
