Receta Pickled Vegetable Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 can French style green beans
- 2 cans LeSeur peas
- 1 c. chow mein vegetables
- 1 can minced water chestnuts
- 1 sm. jar minced pimento
- 1 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. minced onion
- 2 minced carrots
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Drain canned vegetables and mix with fresh. Mix sugar and vinegar. Pour over vegetables. Marinate for 3 days in tightly covered container. Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely. Serves 12.
