- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Matzo meal, Water, (about 2 teaspoon

- Cream the fat sugar and salt. Gradually work in the matzo meal. Add in water drop by drop to make it all hold together. Press this mix into a pie shell, Shaping well. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. or possibly till light brown. Fill as desired.
