Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 3 tsp skim lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Add in oil & lowfat milk at once. Mix well. Press into a ball & flatten slightly. Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper. Peel off paper & ease into pie plate. Pick bottom before baking. Bake at 475 deg. for 10 minutes. 2 crusts; 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 t salt, 1/2 c oil, 1/4 c cool skim lowfat milk.
