Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Grease and flour cake pan. Beat sugar and butter together. Add in 4 beaten large eggs and flour. Mix well. Save 1 cup of batter. Spread the remaining batter in cake pan. The mix will be thick. Spoon pie filling over batter. Spread the 1 cup of saved batter on top of pie filling. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
