Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Grease and flour cake pan. Beat sugar and butter together. Add in 4 beaten large eggs and flour. Mix well. Save 1 cup of batter. Spread the remaining batter in cake pan. The mix will be thick. Spoon pie filling over batter. Spread the 1 cup of saved batter on top of pie filling. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
