Ingredientes

  • 5 c. Granny Smith apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp Grated orange rind
  • 1 x Jigger Grand Marnier
  • 1 x Jigger amaretto
  • 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Sifted flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  •     Whipped cream, or possibly ice cream to top

Direcciones

  1. Arrange apple slices in greased 2 qt round casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon, lemon and orange rinds and both liquers on top of apples. In separate bowl, mix sugars, flour, salt and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly.
  2. Spread mix on top of apples. Bake uncovered at 350 until apples are tender and top is slightly browned. Approx one hour. Serve hot with cream, whipped cream, or possibly vanilla ice cream.
