1 kilo boneless bangus, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium tomato red, sliced
1 small ginger, crushed
2 pcs finger chili green
1 cup cane vinegar
pinch of salt and pepper
Direcciones
Arrange all the ingredients in a wok. Cover.
Simmer for over medium fire until the bangus is cooked. (around 10-15 mins)
Remove from heat.
Serve with steamed rice.
