%20and%20placed%20my%20bright%20green%20avocado%20in%20the%20bag%20before%20bed.%20I%20woke%20up%20this%20morning%20to%20a%20black%20skinned%20avocado%20that%20was%20slightly%20tender%20to%20the%20touch.%20Magic%20I%20tell%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20sights%20have%20been%20set%20on%20making%20these%20tacos%20as%20long%20as%20that%20Chicken%20Pad%20Thai%20was.%20The%20reason%20I%20wanted%20to%20make%20these%20Pineapple%20and%20Pork%20Tacos%20with%20Avocado%20Crema%20was%20because%20when%20I%20was%2013%20years%20old%20my%20brother%20and%20his%20wife%20came%20to%20visit%20us.%20We%20decided%20to%20take%20a%20day%20trip%20and%20visit%20Multnomah%20Falls%20and%20then%20head%20to%20the%20Dalles%20for%20kite%20flying.%20After%20a%20couple%20hours%20of%20kite%20flying%20we%20decided%20it%20was%20time%20for%20lunch.%20My%20brother%20suggested%20a%20taco%20stand%20he%20knew%20of%20and%20I%20had%20my%20first%20ever%20tacos%20al%20pastor.%20The%20pork%20and%20pineapple%20were%20a%20memorable%20combination.%20I%20have%20not%20found%20a%20better%20place%20for%20that%20kind%20of%20taco%20since.%20I%20don't%20even%20recall%20the%20name%20of%20the%20place%20or%20where%20it%20was%20located%20exactly.%20What%2010%20years%20does%20to%20the%20memory!%20After%20filling%20our%20bellies%20on%20these%20tacos%20we%20finished%20the%20day%20out%20by%20touring%20the%20%22Fruit%20Loop%22%20and%20hitting%20up%20every%20produce%20stand%20we%20came%20across.%20I%20even%20had%20my%20first%20taste%20of%20blackberry%20soda.%20The%20bounty%20of%20produce%20and%20memories%20we%20walked%20away%20with%20that%20day%20was%20unforgettable.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20was%20reading%20through%20the%20Flat%20Belly%20Diet%20Cookbook%20and%20came%20across%20the%20recipe%20I%20immediately%20bookmarked%20it.%20The%20flood%20of%20memories%20came%20back.%20I%20miss%20my%20brother%20and%20his%20wife%20terribly.%20Too%20many%20miles%20between%20us.%20They%20are%20quite%20a%20duo.%20Always%20a%20party%20when%20they%20are%20around.%20Cupcake%20and%20dance%20parties!%20You're%20sure%20to%20feel%20like%20you've%20had%20a%20great%20abdominal%20workout%20after%20a%20visit%20with%20them%20from%20all%20of%20the%20laughs.%20I%20love%20them%20both%20so%20very%20much!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20tacos%20are%20a%20tad%20bit%20time%20consuming%20to%20make.%20Took%20about%2045%20minutes%20to%20prepare%20but%20so%20worth%20it.%20The%20serving%20size%20of%203%20tacos%20left%20me%20uncomfortably%20stuffed%20but%20in%20a%20good%20way.%20It%20was%20one%20of%20those%20meals%20you%20keep%20eating%20because%20the%20punishment%20tastes%20so%20good.%20I%20can't%20get%20over%20how%20filling%20the%20foods%20are%20on%20this%20diet.%20I'm%20about%20an%20hour%20away%20from%20my%20next%20meal%20time%20and%20not%20even%20hungry%20yet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPan%20searing%20the%20pork%20tenderloin%20kept%20the%20cooking%20lean%20and%20it%20also%20intensified%20the%20sweetness%20of%20the%20pineapple.%20The%20pork%20was%20flavored%20beautifully%20and%20the%20ground%20cumin%20really%20stood%20out.%20The%20avocado%20crema%20was%20cool%20and%20refreshing.%20Next%20time%20I%20would%20leave%20out%20the%20sour%20cream%20though.%20I%20want%20to%20be%20able%20to%20taste%20the%20avocado%20(one%20of%20my%20favorite%20foods%20and%20I%20like%20to%20really%20taste%20it)%20and%20I%20felt%20the%20sour%20cream%20took%20over.%20I%20try%20to%20like%20corn%20tortillas%20because%20I%20knew%20they%20are%20a%20better%20choice%20but%20I%20still%20can't%20really%20say%20I'm%20crazy%20over%20them.%20With%20that%20all%20said%20these%20tacos%20truly%20were%20outstanding%20and%20packed%20a%20flavor%20punch.%20They%20are%20crave%20worthy.%20I%20think%20when%20I%20reheat%20the%20leftovers%20I%20will%20bake%20the%20corn%20tortillas%20into%20chips%20instead%20and%20make%20these%20as%20nachos.%20After%20the%20diet%20though%20I%20will%20use%20flour%20tortillas%20for%20the%20tacos.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20a%20must%20try!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%204%20Servings%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStars%20of%20the%20Show:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20Action:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20prepare%20the%20pork%20and%20pineapple:%20In%20a%20one-cup%20measuring%20cup%20mix%20the%20sugar,%20cumin,%20coriander%EF%BB%BF,%20cinnamon,%20pepper,%20and%20salt.%20Mix%20half%20of%20the%20spices%20with%20the%20pork%20and%20toss%20with%20the%20oil.%20I%20did%20this%20in%20a%20ziploc%20bag.%20Mix%20the%20remaining%20spices%20with%20the%20pineapple.%20Let%20stand%20at%20room%20temperature%20for%2015%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPrepare%20the%20avocado%20crema%20while%20the%20pork%20sits.%20Mix%20the%20avocado,%20sour%20cream,%20lime%20juice,%20and%20salt%20in%20a%20small%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECoat%20a%20large%20nonstick%20skillet%20with%20olive%20oil%20spray%20and%20heat%20over%20medium-high%20heat%20for%202%20minutes.%20Add%20the%20pork%20and%20cook,%20turning%20a%20couple%20of%20times,%20for%208%20minutes%20or%20until%20browned%20and%20cooked%20through.%20Add%20the%20cilantro%20and%20toss%20to%20combine.%20Tra
