Pineapple Pork Roast Dinner

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb pork roast
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 can crushed pineapple - (8 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dry basil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. cool water

Direcciones

  1. Cut trimmed roast in half, if necessary, and place in crockpot. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients except flour and water; pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. Remove roast. Drain pineapple and reserve cooking liquid. Return meat and pineapple to cooker.
  3. Add in water to liquid to make 1 3/4 c.. Pour into saucepan. Blend flour and cool water together to create a smooth paste. Stir into warm reserved liquid. Cook and stir till thickened. Pour over roast; serve.
