Ingredientes

  • 20 x pipis
  • 300 ml lowfat milk
  •     seasoned flour
  •     native herbs

Direcciones

  1. Soak pipis in water for 2 hrs to remove sand.
  2. Put 1cm of water into heated camp oven or possibly frypan. Add in pipis.
  3. Once shells open, add in 600mls water and simmer for about 10 mins.
  4. Strain and add in lowfat milk.
  5. Thicken with the seasoned flour blended with a little of the lowfat milk.
  6. Serve sprinkled with native herbs.
