Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 c. Juice & pulp of sour oranges
  • 1 tsp Grnd oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil fresh & minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced onion

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over pork, venison, or possibly poultry. Cover and chill for 12-24 hrs. When cooking the meat use this as a basting suace as well.
