Ingredientes
1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
4 x Garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 c. Juice & pulp of sour oranges
1 tsp Grnd oregano
1 tsp Basil fresh & minced
3 Tbsp. Minced onion
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over pork, venison, or possibly poultry. Cover and chill for 12-24 hrs. When cooking the meat use this as a basting suace as well.
