- Mix with knives first 3 ingredients. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min. When cold, mix next 3 ingredients together and put on top of crust. Chill for 10 min.
- Whip 2 min the instant pudding and lowfat milk. Pour over cream cheese mix. Chill.
- When ready to serve, add in remaining Cold Whip to cover pudding. Sprinkle nuts over top lightly.
