Ingredientes

  •     Dessert Pizza Shells
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Grnd pistachios
  • 4 x Egg yolks
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  •     Fresh fruit for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine the lowfat milk and the grnd pistachios and heat to boiling. Let stand for 30 min. Strain through a chinoise or possibly cheesecloth.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks with the sugar till light and pale yellow.
  3. Add in the pistachio lowfat milk. Transfer to a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till the mix coats the back of a spoon. Cold slightly and add in vanilla. Chill till well chilled.
  4. Spread pistachio cream over a baked pizza shell. Garnish with fresh fruit such as strawberries, slices of fresh pears or possibly blueberries.
