Ingredientes

  • 56 x Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
  • 2 sm Pistachio instant pudding
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 pt Vanilla ice cream, softened
  •     Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Mix together cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 10 min; cold. Blend together dry pudding mix, lowfat milk and ice cream. Pour over cooled crust. Chill till hard. Don't FREEZE. Cover with whipped topping. Chill till serving time. Cut into squares.
  2. NOTE: Can use any flavor pudding.
