Ingredientes

  • 8 x " diameter bowl lined with plastic
  • 1 c. pistachios, roasted and shelled
  • 1 c. basil
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 whl clv garlic
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese shredded
  •     Womp above in processor, spread in bowl chill
  •     Next Layer
  • 1 x 16ounce jar of sundried tomatoes in oil, liquid removed
  • 1 c. shredded asiago cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
  •     Womp in processor and spread over basil layer
  •     Last layer
  • 16 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c. finely minced chives

Direcciones

  1. Stir together add in salt and pepperSpread over last layer cover with wrap and chill
  2. Unmold when chilled and serve with lavosh or possibly crackers.
