Ingredientes

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 pkg. Pistachio pudding mix (instant)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. Cold Whip
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding mix

Direcciones

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients together for 2 min. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
  2. Mix whipping cream and pudding mix together till slightly thickened. Fold into Cool Whip. Assembly: Cut cake into 3 layers. Fill with filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
