Ingredientes

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. hot water
1 teaspoon sugar

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Direcciones

Dissolve yeast in hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 min. Pat out into 2 pizza pans. Brown lightly in 375 degree oven. Add in toppings and bake.
