Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. very hot water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 3 tbsp. oil

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water then add in oil and salt. Stir in flour to make a moist dough. Place in greased bowl in a hot place to rise for 1 hour. Makes sufficient crust for 2 pizzas. (Cook dough at 425 degrees for about 10 min before putting anything on the crust.)
