- Dissolve yeast in hot water then add in oil and salt. Stir in flour to make a moist dough. Place in greased bowl in a hot place to rise for 1 hour. Makes sufficient crust for 2 pizzas. (Cook dough at 425 degrees for about 10 min before putting anything on the crust.)
